Day 3

With gale-force winds in Wellington today, I opted for the treadmill!!  Very boring….. so against my better judgement I added 4x400m at 5k race pace…. Altogether 5k in 32:40.  Felt pretty good, especially since I spent 20 minutes stretching afterwards! I always enjoy stretching after a hard run, and it makes such a difference later. […]
