Monday: light Swiss ball workout at the gym. Tuesday: Express Fit in the morning, then intervals on the treadmill in the evening: 8k, with 5x1000m at 5k race pace, 3 minute recovery. Good workout – hard but not impossible! Wednesday: Sore today after yesterday’s efforts; just a light circuit at the gym.
