Days 111-113

Wednesday: Resistance training.

Thursday: ExpressFit in the morning – way too much for my taper week!!! Afternoon – 6x400m at between 5k and 10k race pace, so about 6min/km, on the treadmill, jogging for half the interval time in between. With warm-up/cool-down, 5k.

Friday: Decided on a rest day instead of the 5k easy – I’ve done all I can do for the half on Sunday, and another 5k won’t make any difference!
